Shipping And Returns


Mijes Paris (“us”) is the operator of (“Website”).

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to protect each other and to set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain an accurate inventory count on our website, but from time to time there may be an inventory gap and we will not be able to meet all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you would prefer for us to issue a refund.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during payment according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected upon purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return due to change of mind

Mijes Paris will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request reaches us within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and undamaged ready to resale. Return shipping costs will be paid at the customer’s expense and will need to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is completed by email.

(Mijes Paris) will refund the value of returned goods but will NOT refund the value of the shipping costs paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Mijes Paris will be happy to honor any valid warranty claims, provided that a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

4. Terms of delivery

4.1 Transit Times for National Delivery

Domestic shipments are usually in transit for 2-7 days

4.2 International Transit Time

Typically, orders shipped overseas are in transit between 4-22 days. This time varies considerably depending on the courier service you have selected. We are able to offer a more accurate estimate when choosing your courier service during checkout.

4.3 Shipping Time

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of payment for an order. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change of delivery address

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Mijes Paris will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to provide courier services to these locations.

4.6 Shipping to Military address

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item is available before sending your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved pending this item.

4.8 Delivery time exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

5. Tracking

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.

6. Packages damaged in transit

If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package with the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the country of destination. It varies by country and Mijes Paris encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes on arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Mijes Paris at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of the return. The cost of the initial shipment will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier.

9.1 Process for packages damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation of the claim.

9.2 Process for packages lost in transit

We will refund or replace as soon as the courier investigates and finds the package lost.

Return Policy

For any return request, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Before returning the items, please make sure they are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, with their tags and tags attached, otherwise we will not accept the returned merchandise.
